Design Features: Specially designed to handle high density paper stock, wood chips, plastic pellets, cleaners, trash dump valves, refiner bypass isolation applications. Adjustable chest guides provide positive gate-to-seat support and eliminates stock build-up and gate jamming. Flush ports eliminate stock dewatering in the valve body. Full standard port diameter eliminates turbulence and pressure loss. PTFE on hardened metal seat available for extra protection.

Size Range: 3 - 36" (80 - 900mm)

Temperature Rating: to 500°F (260°C)

Pressure Rating: 100 psi (690 kPa) to 740 psi (5100 kPa) CWP

Body Material: 316, 317 stainless steel and carbon steel

Valve Style: 0-Port knife gate valve, flanged ANSI 150 or 300
