Product Description
DeZURIK Mixing and Diverting Knife Gate Valves are available in a variety of patterns and sizes, as well as custom engineered designs, for dry material handling applications in chemical, food, mining, and other industries. Stainless steel construction and wetted parts ensure long life against abrasive materials.

The valves are available with either an integral body design or a replaceable body design. The integral body design minimizes pockets where material can accumulate. This reduces product contamination by ensuring material is fully flushed from the pipe chamber. Valves with the replaceable body design are bolted to a Y-pattern pipe, allowing easy replacement of a single valve rather than the entire assembly.

DeZURIK Mixing and Diverting valves can be mounted in Y-pattern or Y-lateral configurations for either direct or reverse flow operation. Diverter valves with one inlet and two, three or four outlets are available in Y-pattern arrangements, with 60 or 90 degree angled valves. Diverter valves with one inlet and two outlets are available. Mixing valves are available with one outlet and two, three or four inlets. Other arrangements can be custom engineered.
